Quwatul Salam Training Center – QSTC was established with the main purpose of providing opportunities to Filipino-Bangsamoro in order to become more competent, confident, and highly qualified and skilled professionals in the field of Occupational Safety and Health, Technical skills, Leadership and Management.

   Another purpose of QSTC is to assist and serve the BARMM Government to implement the DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 198-18, Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 11058, “AN ACT Strengthening Compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Standards and Providing Penalties for VIOLATIONS Thereof”
